Pilates Principles

This class will be taking us back to the basics of the Pilates principles. Perfect place to start if you are a beginner or have been away from Pilates for a while.

Even this beginner level class can be challenging, it’s very easy to slip into bad habits. Especially with classes that are online, so it’s always worth checking in to these classes once a month to remind yourself and reinforce your mind and body connection.
