ONLINE SUPER-A TRIBE is affordable fitness together, but alone. Featuring global senior trainers (from London to Miami and Mumbai) who have a legion of followers. No workout apps, fitness trackers, or gadgets with a price tag. Super-A is more personal; where you choose the trainer who has the teaching style you enjoy most. With low-cost classes that are available both live and on-demand to suit your schedule, instead of confining you to a set time of day. There is also a library of pre-recorded audio and video workouts available for FREE.
WE HAVE ALL types of classes and videos available: Cycling, High-Intensity, Boxing and Martial Arts classes; and sculpting Yoga and Pilates sessions.

Signing up to Super-A Classes
• You will register from the class schedule
• Cost will be £6 per class
• Sign up at least 30 minutes before the class starts so you have time to get signed in
• You will receive an email link and reminder 30 minutes before the class starts. If you do not receive the link, please contact us and we can re-send it
Preparing for your class
• Have a good internet connection. Connect to ethernet rather than wi-fi if you can
• Connect or cast to your TV for a better experience
• Make sure you have enough space to work out
• If equipment is needed, the class description will let you know what to bring
• Sign in a few minutes early to test your audio and video, so you’re ready to go when the class starts

Even this beginner level class can be challenging, it’s very easy to slip into bad habits. Especially with classes that are online, so it’s always worth checking in to these classes once a month to remind yourself and reinforce your mind and body connection.
SUPER-A EXPRESS created by Wayne Lèal is a new way to look at a fitness. The concept gives you time flexibility, and you are more likely to stick with an exercise routine when you don’t have to spend hours doing it.
The SUPER-A EXPRESS programme is based on the idea that when you are too busy to build in a regular 1-hour training session, you can go for the express session instead.
This 10-minute workout merges the 5 components of fitness into one – perfect for mobility, flexibility, burning fat and building muscle.
The fixed sequence programmes can be repeated as many times as you like (just like doing sets in weight training). This enables you to do however many sets you want, because they are broken down into manageable 10-minute chunks.
